Area Quantification Brightfield
Module includes brightfield color deconvolution and colocalization tools. Separate multiple stains in brightfield whole slide images. Once separated, intensity, stain area, and colocalization of each stain is calculated. Available as an add-on module and is includeed in the Aperio brightfield toolbox.
Area Quantification Fluorescence
Module includes Fluorescent area quantification and colocalization tool. Quantify intensity, area, and colocalization of up to three dyes in images captured on the ScanScope FL. Available as an add-on module to the PRECISION platform and is included in the Aperio fluorescent toolbox.

Whole Cell Quantification
Includes nuclear, membrane, and cytoplasmic analysis tools. Count stained cells or nuclei and measure stain intensity within nuclei, membranes, or cytoplasm. Available as an add-on module to the PRECISION platform and is included in the Aperio brightfield toolbox.

Find rare stained cells on a slide, locate objects using x-y coordinates on slide, sort by size or intensity.
