Purpose-built specifically for hematopathology and microbiology applications that require magnifications up to 100X, the ScanScope OS uses high numerical aperture oil immersion objective lenses that allow you to capture the same level of detail as when viewing your glass slide under a microscope. While the ScanScope OS is a dedicated, optimized scanner for oil immersion applications, the CS and GL ScanScopes are also upgradeable to oil scanning capabilities.
