How to Register
All registrations must be received at Pathology Visions by the dates specified in order to receive mailings and stated fees. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. To qualify for the advance registration rates, registration and payment must be received by September 15, 2007.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive e-mail confirmation from Pathology Visions within 2 days of receipt of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please contact Valerie Hofstetter at (760) 539-1134 or vhofstetter@aperio.com.
Cancellation Policy
If received in writing or e-mail before November 1, 2007, Pathology Visions is happy to refund your conference registration fee. A $50 administration fee will be charged for cancellations. Fees cannot be refunded after November 1, 2007. E-mail or submit request to:
